Essex Way Relay Forum

Dear All,
A group of Striders walked the stage from Dedham to Bradfield the other day. It's perfectly runable and we shouldn't have any problems on this stage, although every runner will need to be very careful about crossing the railway, and in one or two places where the Essex Way comes out of fields fairly abruptly onto roads which have to be crossed. We hope to have marshals at the hazardous points.
I am going to make some alterations to the notes on the route as styles have been replaced by kissing gates and vice versa, and some other small things. If you do your "recce" in August, make sure you have the 2010 amendments to the route.
